Plan of Attack – Grocery Store

This is my first video for FreeFit Guy!  I’m really excited and hope that y’all enjoy it.

3 Tips recap:

  1. Stick to the outside of the store.
  2. Avoid foods with nutrition labels.
  3. Especially avoid foods with ingredients you can’t pronounce or that end with -ose/-saccharide (hidden sugars)
