Quick & Healthy – Chicken w/ Homemade Sauce

After looking in to the amazing health benefits of broccoli yesterday as compared to whole wheat, we couldn’t resist steaming some up for dinner.  To complete the meal, we pan-grilled some chicken, and threw an onion, 2 garlic cloves, some tomato sauce and spices (basil, oregano, coriander, turmeric) in the food processor to create a sauce in mere seconds.

Keeping meals simple, healthy, and tasty makes the transition to this lifestyle all the easier.  You don’t need to be a gourmet chef to make chicken and veggies taste good – and having extra time to do other things is priceless.
