When is the ‘best’ time of the day to workout?

Hi everybody! I hope you enjoy the video. It literally took me 20 takes to make it. Apparently I can’t talk for more than 30 seconds without tripping over my words once the camera is on, haha. But I’m not giving up. I’m going to challenge myself to do this once a week, every week, until I get better. Any thoughts or comments would be appreciated.
