Working out and pushing yourself is as much of a MENTAL game as a PHYSICAL one. Positive self-talk is an absolute must. So next time you step up to a pull-up bar, a set of rings, or your favorite sprinting strip, take a deep breath, and say to yourself: “Yeaaaaaaa buddy!” It’s go time.
