Motivational Video – Yeaaaaaaa buddy!

This.  Is.  Awesome. Not for the workouts (those muscles are definitely no longer functional), or for the obvious substance abuse, but for the attitude.  Working out and pushing yourself is as much of a MENTAL game as a PHYSICAL one.  Positive self-talk is an absolute must. So next time you step up to a pull-up bar, a set of rings, or your favorite sprinting strip, take a deep breath, and say to yourself: “Yeaaaaaaa buddy!”  It’s go time.
