Fun Friday: the Parkour Roll

Hey everybody!  It’s been an exciting week here at FreeFit Guy, what with my engagement and signing up for my first personal trainer cert (taking place in South Korea).

As a weekend treat to celebrate, why not try to learn a new skill? This one could potentially be useful for the rest of your life.  It’s learning how to tuck and roll safely (parkour-style).  If you can train your body to automatically respond in this way, you severely reduce your risk of injury from falling.  Plus, it just looks darn fun.  We want to get out and play, right?  This seems like a good start.
