Sample Sprint Cycle Video

Hey gang! Here is a video that I shot last week of a sprint cycle workout I did. My recommendation is to try to get a sprint workout in once/week or at least once-every-other-week. By “sprint”, I mean going as fast as you can, normally for 8-20 seconds. (Any longer than that and you are entering a different metabolic pathway.) This doesn’t have to just be running.
