FreeFit Guy Updated!

Hey folks!

I wanted to let you know about some of the stuff I’ve got in the works.  First, you may notice that the theme has changed.  With the release of WordPress 3.2 and the 2011 theme, I decided to switch over for what I consider a much cleaner look.  I’ve tried to keep the same widgets/links in place, but if there’s anything that you can’t access, shoot me a message and I’ll get it taken care of ASAP.

You may also notice that I’ve redone the header bar.  Now, you have easy access to the three FreeFit Guy principles:  MOVE, EAT, LIVE, as well as a growing Exercise Library where you can learn proper technique for bodyweight movements and some tips for programming for yourself!  Finally, I’ve also added a Glossary page where you can find basic nutrition/fitness lingo and what it all means.  I’ll be adding to this pretty consistently as well.

I’m also working on getting new header graphic together for the site – hopefully it will be up in a week or so and FreeFit Guy will be snazzier than ever!

Finally, I’m always looking for recommendations on what I can improve, content you’d like to see, etc.  This entire site is built around giving you the tools to achieve your goals – so let me know what would help the most!
