Hey all! I just wanted to let you know of an exciting new development in my growth as a coach and trainer: today I signed up for a MovNat one-day workshop for August 28 in Columbus, OH. I’ve been following the MovNat movement for a while and am really interested to see what kind of progressions and training regimens they use. For those of you unfamiliar with MovNat, it is a physical education and training program focused around natural movement that is adaptive to your environment: running, crawling, balancing, swimming, throwing, carrying, climbing, and self-defense are all included. I was first inspired by MovNat after I saw this video of its founder, Erwan Le Corre, working out.
