Frank Forencich is the Exuberant Animal and, in my opinion, the father of the play movement in fitness today. His work is influential across many fields, and includes the books Exuberant Animal, Beautiful Practice, Stresscraft, and his upcoming book on The Long Body and Warrior Activism (two topics we cover at length in this podcast!)
